1. Open PBX console
2. Enter commands:

   route add 172.31.1.1 dev eth0
   route add default gw 172.31.1.1 dev eth0
   

3. After these commands, the network should function correctly
4. Go to web interface:
5. Go to System → System file customization.
   
6. Open the file for editing /etc/static-routes.
   
7. Select the «To replace all» mode and insert the rule
8. Reboot MikoPBX
