General information about the mechanism of licensing MIKO SaaS License is described here.

The mandatory requirement - Internet access is necessary.
The PC, on which Miko PBX is started, should have access to the following addresses:

• lic.miko.ru:443
• lm.miko.ru:443

1. You for the first time set Miko PBX and you have no registration number on one of MIKO products.

1. Execute registration of the software
2. Check the activated license in a personal account

2. Earlier you used old the version of Miko PBX and want to update Miko PBX to the current version

1. Execute reset of all active bindings of the license Miko PBX
2. Enter registration number in licensing settings
3. Check the activated license in a personal account.

The registration number has a format: MIKO-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ.

As a result of registration the registration number will be created and the trial license on Miko PBX for a period of will be activated 30 days .

1. Go to the section Maintenance→ Licensing .

2. For registration of the software fill out the questionnaire:
3. Perform operation“ to Save ”. The notification will be result of successful registration::

4.As a result the trial license will be provided for 30 days.Go to a tab “ Detailed information about the products in the license key ”, you will see information on the activated license.

5. You can also browse information on the owner of the license.

1. Go to the section Maintenance→ Licensing .
   
   
2. Insert your registration number and click “ to Save ”.
   
3. The notification will be result of successful activation of the license for Miko PBX:
   
   
4. Go to a tab “ Detailed information about the products in the license key ”, You will see information on the activated license for Miko PBX with the indication of term of its action.
   

The coupon is intended for receiving termless to the license.
The coupon has a format: MIKOUPD-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ.

Activation of the coupon is possible if you activated registration number.

1. Go to the section Maintenance→ Licensing .
   
   
2. Go to a tab “ Activation of the coupon ”
3. Enter the coupon into the corresponding field and click on to Save .
   
   

Licenses for Miko PBX are licenses for a host. When there is an activation of the license, the license becomes attached to the PC parameters (host). Calculation of number of the used licenses will be is made by our server of licensing in a section of hosts.

1. Go to the MIKO SaaS the licensing server.
2. Enter registration number or earlier activated coupon and click the button to Enter . Earlier activated coupon means that the coupon was activated in Miko PBX, i.e. the procedure of activation of the coupon was taken place.
   
   
3. Go to the Monitor of sessions on the tab Bindings of licenses to hosts.
   
   

At the left each binding in a column Information has the button i . It allows to look at detailed information on a host to which the license is tied.

Для каждой привязки в колонке Действия есть кнопка Сброс, которая позволяет сбросить активную привязку лицензии от хоста.

Перейдите в Монитор сессий → Привязки лицензий к хостам. Нажмите Сброс.

Чтобы установить активную привязку лицензии к хосту, необходимо перейти в настройки лицензирования и ввести регистрационный номер.

Когда Вы устанавливаете Miko PBX, осуществляется привязка регистрационного номера к хосту. Поэтому в случае переустановки Miko PBX на другой ПК необходимо выполнить следующие действия:

1. Выполнить сброс всех активных лицензий на Miko PBX от "старого" хоста.
2. Ввести регистрационный номер в настройках лицензирования.
3. Проверьте активированную лицензию в личном кабинете.

Данная ошибка воспроизводится, если ранее Вы уже выполняли процедуру регистрации или уже имеете регистрационный номер MIKO-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX на указанный email адрес. Вам необходимо пройти процедуру регистрации с ПК, где ранее никогда не проходили эту процедуру. При регистрации следует указать email, который ранее не указывали в процессе регистрации одного из наших продуктов.

Данная ошибка воспроизводится, когда у Вас лицензия на Miko PBX “привязана” к некому хосту / серверу, а Вы пытаетесь произвести активацию лицензии Miko PBX на другом хосте / сервере. Для успешной активации лицензии Вам необходимо в первую очередь произвести сброс всех активных привязок лицензии. После этого выполнить процедуру активации лицензии.
